摘要

    北海与波罗的海贸易区形成于16世纪，成为近代欧洲主要的国际贸易中心。这两大贸易区的形成与英国荷兰的手工业和商业的发展有着密切的联系。两国工业技术的提高和金融业的发展改变了国际贸易的格局，产生了新的贸易形式。在这个历史过程中，英荷两国政府逐渐成为国际贸易的主要支持者，其有关于海外贸易的法规和政策以及其它主导海外贸易的方式不但促进本国海外贸易的迅速发展，削弱了汉萨同盟在这一地区的影响力，也大大影响了整个北海与波罗的海地区，成为决定其贸易趋势的重要因素。本文从16世纪开始，以主要的商品和商人为线索，论述了北海与波罗的海贸易区国际贸易的基本情况。并指出，在16世纪本地区贸易大发展的时期，随着领土国家的出现，这一地区的国际贸易逐渐由主要的商人或商业组织控制转向由国家控制，且在17世纪达到高峰。最后，本文在分析国家控制对外贸易的具体表现后提出了浅显的见解。

　Abstract

　　The North Sea and Baltic trade area, which formed in 16^th century, became the main international trade center of Europe in early modern age. These two big trade areas’ formation had the close relationship with England and Holland’s handicraft industries and business development. The two countries’ exaltation of industry technique and finance development changed the structure and the forms of the international trade, created new trade forms. In this historical process, the governments of the two countries gradually became the main supporters of the international trade. Their laws and policies concerning overseas trade and other ways of predominating the overseas trade didn’t only promoted the development of the native overseas trade, weakened the Hansa’s influence in this region, but also consumedly influenced the whole North Sea and Baltic region, and became important factors to deicide the trade trend. Since 16^th centuries, with the main merchandise and businessman for clues, the thesis discusses the basic circumstance of the international trade in the North Sea and Baltic trade area. It point out that with the big development of the international trade in 16^th century, and along with the emergence of territorial nations, the international trade of this region gradually was not controlled by the main businessmen or business organizations any longer, on the contrary, it followed the direction from the territorial nations, and this situation attained high peak in 17^th century. In the end, after some analysis on this situation, this thesis puts forward some plain views.
